14-day refund

If your guide doesn't suit you, email hello@deskbadger.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. The same goes for the Job Pack and the agency upgrade.

If something's wrong

If your guide won't download, is broken, or isn't what we described, we'll fix it or refund you, whenever you contact us.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights under Australian law

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights can't be excluded.
