Desk Badger is run by Koome Muthomi, a sole trader in Australia. You can reach us at hello@deskbadger.com.

What you're buying

A Voice Guide is a digital download: a written guide and a Claude skill file, made from the answers you give us. You use it in your own Claude or ChatGPT account. We don't provide or pay for that account.

The single plan is for one business. The agency plan is for up to 10 businesses.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as the seller of record for your payment and handles any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies. Prices are shown in your local currency (Australian, New Zealand, US or Canadian dollars, British pounds or euros) and don't include tax. Stripe adds GST, VAT or the sales tax that applies where you are at checkout. Each purchase is paid once. There is no subscription.

Using your guide

You can use your guide for your own business, as often as you like, and change it however you want. Please don't resell or share it as a product.

Check before you send

Your guide helps AI write drafts. AI can still make mistakes. Always read a draft before you send it, and check every price, date and fact. You're responsible for what you send to your customers.

The free Voice Check

The Voice Check runs in your browser. It's provided as is, for information only.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
